About the role

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional professional to design and develop complex Manufacturing & Supply Chain solutions on-premise R12 instances. The role involves supporting implementations, conducting root cause analysis, and consulting on business requirements for clients in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru with potential locations in Chennai or Hyderabad.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Oracle Manufacturing & Supply Chain EBS solutions for complex customized on-prem R12 instances
• Support complex R12 implementations with a focus on Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution
• Consult and gather business requirements, determining project scope and client expectations
• Evaluate and learn Oracle functional/technical solutions and best practices with quarterly releases
• Participate in preparing proposals, statements of work, and project estimates
• Advise on implementation strategies using Oracle EBS methodology or industry best practices

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Manufacturing & Supply Chain EBS
• In-depth knowledge of R12 Oracle Apps integration
• Experience with satellite applications and Root Cause Analysis

Nice to have

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong functional and technical solution evaluation skills
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS Implementation Methodology
• Ability to prepare proposals, SOWs, and project estimates
