Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – EBS & Fusion

About the role

Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – EBS & Fusion. Lead end‑to‑end implementation and support of Oracle SCM modules across EBS and Fusion Cloud. Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes, design functional specifications, and configure SCM setups. Develop RICEFW objects, support data migration from EBS to Fusion, and conduct system, integration, and UAT testing. Provide production support, issue resolution, and collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams. Train end users and produce user manuals and process documentation. Requires Bachelor’s in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / IT, experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion SCM, functional specification preparation, integration knowledge, and strong supply chain process expertise.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes
• Implement and support Oracle SCM modules in EBS and Fusion
• Configure and maintain SCM setups based on business needs
• Prepare Functional Design Documents, BRD, MD050, MD070
• Develop RICEFW objects with technical teams
• Support data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud
• Conduct system, integration, and UAT testing
• Provide production support and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
• Train end users and prepare user manuals and process documentation

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / IT
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation/support projects
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support
• Experience preparing functional specifications for custom developments
• Knowledge of integration between SCM and Finance modules
• Ability to support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Manufacturing processes

Nice to have

• Experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects
• Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
• Oracle Fusion SCM Certification
• Oracle EBS SCM Certification
• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
