About the role

Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst/Consultant responsible for functional support of ERP, including Oracle Fusion SCM module. Works with global teams to integrate Oracle technologies, analyze requirements, configure solutions, and provide documentation and runbooks. Requires 5-8 years of Oracle ERP experience, hands‑on SCM Cloud support, and Agile methodology.

What you’ll do

Coordinate offshore and onshore client engagements for Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and support.
Identify business requirements, configure SCM modules, and develop innovative solutions.
Map processes to Oracle Fusion, document gaps, and create runbooks for technical guidance.
Perform unit and staging tests, document results, and resolve technical queries during delivery.
Extend work hours during critical milestones, supporting 11:30 PM IST deadlines.

What you’ll bring

5-8 years Oracle ERP experience, including 1 end‑to‑end implementation and 1 production support.
Hands‑on support in Oracle SCM Cloud (procurement, product hub, inventory, costing, GOP).
Strong knowledge of SCM module integration with other ERP cloud modules.
Experience with Agile methodology and end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
