About the role

Associate – Client Services at Euronext supports a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary operational liaison. Responsibilities include incident management, SLA compliance, and continuous process improvement. The role requires strong financial acumen, client‑service experience, analytical and project‑management skills, and excellent communication. The associate will drive operational excellence, contribute to enhancement projects, and ensure high‑quality client support.

What you’ll do

• Serve as central contact for assigned clients on operational matters.
• Escalate issues accurately and timely.
• Provide support and follow up until resolution.
• Ensure SLA compliance and strengthen quality framework.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices.
• Contribute to operation enhancement projects and conformance testing.

• Prior client services experience.
