About the role

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain level 3 and 4 EPFCIC schedules for projects
- Produce workforce histograms and progress/quantity curves linked to schedules
- Maintain and review sequence of EPC phases to control critical path
- Elevate and expedite operations delaying schedule and analyze changes
- Prepare resource, material, tool, and equipment lists for work packages
- Develop, resource load, level, and update activities aligned with earned value management
- Mentor junior members and deliver functional training
- Analyze project data for insights and trend identification
What you’ll bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 5-7 years project planning experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas
- Solid command of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Advanced Excel skills (curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas)
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 interaction with other software
- Ability to mentor junior team members and deliver training
- Strong data analysis and insight generation capabilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
