About the role
Sr Associate Clinical Finish Drug Product Global Study Planner Support at Amgen Technology Pvt Ltd. The role is the lynchpin between Global Study Planners and internal/external customers, ensuring finished drug product supply for global clinical trials. Day‑to‑day duties include executing ERP labeling and stock transfer orders, initiating product destruction, and providing KPI input while collaborating with planners in Europe and the USA. Hyderabad, India – On‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Execute ERP labeling and stock transfer orders
- Initiate and monitor product destruction
- Provide KPI input and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with global planners
- Ensure GMP/GDP compliance
- Support audits and inspections
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Adopt new technologies and AI
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years supply chain experience
- SAP or similar ERP experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations
- Experience with Veeva Vault (preferred)
- APICS or Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
