About the role

Guidehouse Accounts Receivable team processes insurance claims and resolves denials. The Junior Associate initiates status calls, contacts insurers for explanations, documents actions, and ensures timely claim resolution while adhering to HIPAA and security policies. Trivandrum, India, on-site, night shift schedule.

What you’ll do

• Initiate calls to check claim status
• Contact insurance companies regarding denials and underpayments
• Take action to resolve claims
• Document actions in billing summary notes
• Prioritize pending claims from aging basket
• Ensure HIPAA compliance during calls
• Work on denials, rejections, and LOA corrections
• Follow information security policies
