What you’ll do
- Initiate calls to check claim status
- Contact insurance companies to clarify denials and underpayments
- Take action to resolve claims and ensure timely follow‑up
- Document actions in billing summary notes
- Prioritize pending claims from aging basket
- Handle denials, rejections, and LOA corrections
- Adhere to information security and HIPAA policies
What you’ll bring
- Graduate degree required
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willing to work night shifts
- Typing speed above 25 WPM
