What you’ll do
- Maintain real‑time CRM data for key accounts
- Execute site visits and on‑site technical support for data centre customers
- Plan shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance of 24/7 operations
- Lead fault analysis, root cause analysis and corrective actions for DG failures
- Deliver MIS reports and service analytics to stakeholders
- Ensure safety and compliance with electrical, pollution and fire regulations
- Implement and monitor Permit‑to‑Work systems
- Conduct preventive, predictive and emergency maintenance of DG sets
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years experience in diesel generator and engine systems
- 4-5 years hands‑on experience with DG sets
