About the role

Customer Tech – Salesforce team at EY builds and supports scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for global clients. The Senior Developer designs, develops, and implements Salesforce applications, creates Visualforce pages, and handles administration tasks such as org setup and security. Based in Kolkata, on-site work model, collaborating with stakeholders across EY’s Global Delivery Services.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
• Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
• Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical support during deployment and post‑go‑live

What you’ll bring

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
• Minimum 5 years Salesforce development experience
• Strong Service Cloud expertise
• Visualforce development experience
• Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions
• Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script
