About the role

Global Delivery Services at EY enables seamless, high-quality support for clients worldwide. As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, build Apex, LWC, Aura components, and lead junior developers. Hyderabad, on-site, flexible environment with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, approvals, and flows
• Perform Salesforce configuration, administration, and security management
• Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries and integrate with REST/SOAP services
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Mentor junior developers and support environment setup
• Provide technical assistance, bug fixes, and enhancements

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura
• Experience with Service Cloud and Visualforce
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Agile/SCRUM
