AEM Sites and Assets Consultant

About the role

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an AEM Sites and Assets Consultant to drive client growth through marketing modernization and business transformation. The role involves leading AEM implementations, backend development, and performance management while serving as a primary technical liaison for clients. This position is based in Noida, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead AEM implementations and manage application development for Internet/Intranet database applications
• Perform AEM backend development using Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, and JCR Queries
• Handle client interfaces professionally and present to various client-side audiences
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to AEM systems
• Manage AEM deployment, migration, and performance optimization tasks
• Configure Dispatcher, Clustering, and Replication settings for optimal system operation
• Collaborate with teams to deliver growth solutions tailored to client needs
• Maintain code quality and security standards using tools like SONAR

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of industry experience as a client-facing consultant
• Strong experience in AEM implementations and UI technologies (JQuery, JS, HTML5, CSS)
• Proficiency in Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL
• Knowledge of Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance management
• Experience with AEM sites/assets/forms deployment and migration
• Backend development skills including Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, and JCR Queries
• Familiarity with Core frameworks like Apache Sling and Apache Felix
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins) and Code Quality/Security tools (SONAR)
