About the role
AEM Competency leadership team at Dentsu drives technical excellence for Adobe Experience Manager across Sites, Assets, Headless, and Cloud Service. The role leads architecture oversight, innovation with Generative and Agentic AI, and mentorship of a high‑performing AEM team. Based in India – Remote, the position offers full‑time engagement with global clients and cross‑functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive technical vision for AEM and EDS
- Establish best practices, frameworks, governance models
- Provide architectural oversight for scalability, performance, security
- Drive AI adoption across personalization and workflow orchestration
- Partner with sales for proposals and client presentations
- Lead, mentor, and grow AEM development team
- Conduct training, workshops, and certification programs
- Ensure coding standards and delivery governance
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years in digital experience platforms
- 4+ years hands‑on AEM/EDS architecture
- AEM Sites, Assets, Headless CMS, Cloud Service expertise
- Experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services
- AEM Architect certification preferred
- Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) experience
- Agentic AI systems knowledge
- Solution architecture with microservices, APIs, cloud-native systems
