Project Analyst

About the role

The Project Analyst role supports project execution, reporting, and decision-making within the organization. Day-to-day duties include partnering with Project Managers to track progress, analyzing data to generate insights, and developing Power BI dashboards for leadership. This hybrid position is based in Gurugram, India.

What you’ll do

• Support Project Managers in maintaining standardization across project processes
• Collect, validate, and analyze project data to generate meaningful insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Prepare clear status updates and presentations for teams and leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up on action items
• Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of experience
• B.Tech., B.E., MBA, or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
• Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
