About the role
DESRI, a leading renewable energy operator, seeks an Analyst – Project Management to support its Hyderabad office. The role involves collaborating with U.S. and local teams to streamline wind, solar, and storage project execution. Responsibilities include establishing milestone schedules, generating tracking materials, resolving project challenges with SMEs and partners, and preparing agendas and minutes. The analyst will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and craft professional documents for stakeholders. Candidates should hold a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field, preferably with an MBA, and have 1–2 years of experience in project management or renewable infrastructure. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work across time zones.
What you’ll do
- Streamline renewable project execution with cross-functional teams
- Provide PM support for strategic oversight and delivery
- Resolve project challenges with SMEs and external partners
- Establish and maintain baseline milestone schedules
- Generate and update project tracking materials; disseminate reports
- Track and update key milestones with PM leadership
- Prepare and circulate call agendas and meeting minutes
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Craft and design professional documents and presentations
