About the role
HR Technology Team at Mphasis focuses on optimizing recruitment platforms to enable efficient talent acquisition. The Module Lead configures and maintains Avature and similar ATS/CRM modules, partners with Platform and Talent Acquisition teams to translate business needs into system solutions, and provides Level 2 support and documentation. Noida, on-site, Full-time role.
What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain Avature/ATS modules including workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports
- Gather requirements from Platform and Talent Acquisition teams and translate into system solutions
- Support enhancements, conduct UAT testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide Level 2 support
- Maintain documentation and support integrations with systems such as PeopleSoft and background check tools
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years hands‑on Avature or similar SaaS recruitment system experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and system configuration
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HRIS
- Experience in cloud‑based SaaS environments
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
