Senior Associate, Marketing Automation

About the role
Brand & Marketing team at EY drives brand presence and marketing automation initiatives. The Senior Associate executes end‑to‑end marketing automation campaigns, configures Marketo, analyzes performance data, and documents processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Based in Kochi, Kerala, India, on‑site work model with occasional remote flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Configure and deploy automated email campaigns in Marketo
- Coordinate content, assets, and audience parameters with stakeholders
- Provide project support across campaign lifecycle including testing
- Report campaign performance and recommend data‑driven improvements
- Document technical and functional requirements for automation
- Act as brand champion ensuring compliance with brand and risk standards
- Support process improvements and user education on best practices
- Collaborate with MarTech team using Agile methodologies
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years marketing automation experience
- 3+ years Marketo expertise
- Marketo Engage Expert certification (plus)
- Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of GDPR and CAN‑SPAM compliance
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, scripting
- Agile project management experience
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
