About the role

Finance Services Business, Finance Process Data Systems division at ABB in Bangalore. The team builds and maintains Order-to-Cash processes within the Central Finance (CFIN) system, ensuring seamless integration and compliance. The Solution Architect configures O2C workflows, gathers requirements, integrates with ERP/CRM, supports users, and drives continuous improvement. Bangalore, On-site, 40‑hour week.

What you’ll do

• Configure and maintain O2C processes in CFIN
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate to system configurations
• Integrate O2C workflows with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
• Provide functional support, issue resolution, and user training
• Participate in testing, validation, and process optimization initiatives
• Document configurations, process flows, and compliance artifacts
• Collaborate with IS architects, developers, and technical teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years O2C process management in SAP or similar ERP
• Experience configuring O2C in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or CFIN
• Strong functional knowledge of order management, credit, billing, collections, AR
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional specification documentation
• Familiarity with Central Finance integration and finance modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience managing external vendors and third‑party providers
