About the role

Finance Services – Finance Process Data Systems division at ABB builds and optimizes finance process solutions for the enterprise. The O2C Solution Lead mentors a team of Solution Architects, oversees configuration, automation and continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes within the Central Finance system, and partners with finance, IS architecture and external vendors to align solutions with business goals. Bangalore, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor O2C solution architect team
• Oversee configuration, implementation and support of O2C processes in CFIN
• Collaborate with finance, IS architecture and external vendors to align solutions
• Drive automation, efficiency gains and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage O2C project timelines, resources and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Establish KPIs and report performance to senior management
• Promote knowledge sharing and professional development within the team

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years O2C process management in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP
• Leadership experience managing solution architects
• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Finance, IS or related field
• Strong knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP modules
• Proven project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience driving automation and process optimization
• Vendor management and cross‑functional coordination
