Sr. Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Delivery

About the role

Bureau, a unified risk decisioning platform for compliance and fraud, seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise delivery in Bangalore, India. This role serves as the technical accountability point for large BFSI deployments, bridging client CTOs with internal engineering teams to optimize integration speed and reliability. The position is full-time and on-site.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare for large BFSI clients.
• Oversee complex integrations across REST APIs, webhooks, mobile SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as primary client-facing technical lead for customer CTOs, Chief Risk Officers, and security leads.
• Translate client technical constraints into actionable requirements for internal Engineering and Product teams.
• Map and track multi-party dependencies across core banking systems and payment gateways.
• Anticipate technical risks and execute mitigation plans for API latency, SDK compatibility, and data residency.
• Establish project tracking frameworks using Jira, Linear, and Confluence for large-scale rollouts.
• Build scalable onboarding runbooks and integration templates to streamline future deliveries.

What you’ll bring

• 8–12 years experience in Technical Program Management or Delivery within B2B SaaS, Fintech, RegTech, or API-first platforms.
• Proven track record as a Senior Individual Contributor driving multi-million-dollar deployments independently.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex integrations for Tier-1/2 Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, or payment processors.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, microservices, mobile SDKs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to identity verification (KYC/AML), fraud prevention, device intelligence, or payment processing ecosystems.
• Familiarity with regional banking regulations, data residency rules, and security compliance standards (RBI guidelines, SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Background in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting prior to moving into technical program management.
