About the role

PRISM, Amazon Delivery's central Technical Program Management organization, drives cross‑functional programs that accelerate last‑mile delivery worldwide. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads end‑to‑end strategy, aligns product, engineering and operations leaders, and removes blockers to launch high‑impact initiatives. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Own complex programs across multiple VP organizations
• Identify business and technical requirements and translate into specifications and roadmaps
• Lead design and implementation across cross‑functional teams
• Communicate program status and goals to senior leaders
• Drive strategic initiatives and unblock dependencies

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years technical product or program management
• 4+ years project management (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
• 3+ years technical program management with software engineering teams
• Experience managing cross‑functional programs
• Experience building system‑level technical designs
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
