As Principal Engineer, you shape the multi‑year technical vision, drive cross‑team architecture, and mentor senior engineers to elevate company‑wide standards. Remote‑India, fully remote work model.

What you’ll do

• Own multi‑year technical vision for Payments, Scheduling, RCM
• Drive architectural coherence across teams
• Lead technical due diligence for major initiatives
• Identify and solve company‑level technical problems
• Forecast project costs and impacts
• Shape company‑wide engineering standards
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers
• Elevate architectural thinking across teams

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years software engineering
• Distributed systems architecture
• Event streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
• Scalable data stores (PostgreSQL, Vitess, Bigtable)
• Cloud‑native infra (GCP/AWS, Kubernetes)
• Backend engineering (Go preferred)
