About the role

Alcon seeks a Sr. Associate, Human Resources in Bangalore to serve as an HR Business Partner supporting strategic initiatives and employee engagement. The role involves consulting with business leaders on people issues, managing HR program rollouts, and leveraging workforce analytics to enhance talent management. This full-time position operates on a standard day shift with occasional later shifts.

What you’ll do

• Provide HR consulting and coaching to business leaders on people and cultural issues
• Support organization structure changes and talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions
• Partner with staffing colleagues on workforce planning and succession planning
• Drive associate experience initiatives including recognition programs and dashboards
• Ensure timely execution of people-related processes and compliance with labor laws
• Apply workforce analytics to enhance people and workforce management decisions
• Organize quarterly connects with People leaders and facilitate focus group discussions
• Support employee relations by addressing queries and escalating complex cases

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years of work experience in Human Resources
• Experience preferably as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
• MBA in HR or equivalent education level
• GCC experience preferred
