As a Senior Consultant you will lead and manage SAP S/4HANA ABAP projects, design and develop ABAP solutions, and collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. You will mentor junior developers, ensure quality through code reviews, and support pre‑sales activities. Pune, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA ABAP projects ensuring timely, quality delivery
• Design and develop ABAP solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate processes into technical specs
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior ABAP developers
• Stay updated on latest S/4HANA technologies and industry trends
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Document project artifacts and ensure knowledge transfer
• Participate in pre‑sales activities providing technical expertise

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 8 years SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA implementations
• Strong expertise in ABAP OOPs, performance tuning and debugging
• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA technologies and best practices
• Experience leading and managing SAP projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
