About the role
Entertainment and Automotive Sales team at Dolby Laboratories supports premium business execution through operational excellence. The Sales Operations Analyst drives efficiency across IMEA, SEA, and Europe sales workflows, manages licensing, builds BI reports in Power BI, and leverages AI‑powered tools for data accuracy. Mumbai office, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Support Entertainment and Automotive Sales team across IMEA, SEA, and Europe
- Manage licensing agreements, royalty reporting, and vendor setup
- Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and Power BI, build BI reports
- Assist finance with forecasting, revenue analysis, and payment tracking
- Develop process improvements using AI capabilities in CRM and contract management
- Coordinate office admin tasks including asset inventory and demo equipment
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years sales operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Experience with AI‑powered analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Cross‑cultural communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
