About the role
Client Service and Solutions team at JPMorgan Chase ensures end‑to‑end delivery of Custody & Fund Services for global clients. The Senior Product Solutions Associate leads fund manager onboarding projects, coordinating market openings, currency accounts, and technology setups while managing risk and quality controls. Mumbai, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.
What you’ll do
- Prepare onboarding plans and project schedules
- Track market openings, currency account setups, and product configurations
- Validate entitlement setups and standing instructions for risk and quality control
- Liaise with downstream teams to ensure timely technology and data setup
- Communicate onboarding status and handle queries with external fund managers
What you’ll bring
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years Custody & Fund Services experience
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Team player with strong collaboration
- Ability to prioritize multiple work streams
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- SME knowledge of Global Custody (preferred)
- Client‑facing experience (preferred)
