Technology team at Code and Theory builds cutting‑edge digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager. The Lead Engineer drives front‑end architecture, creates reusable UI frameworks, and mentors developers to deliver high‑performance, accessible sites using HTL, React, Angular and AI‑assisted tooling. Bengaluru, India, on‑site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Architect and develop scalable AEM front‑end solutions
• Implement and maintain enterprise design systems and UI standards
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development workflows
• Integrate front‑end with GraphQL and REST APIs
• Troubleshoot performance, caching and cross‑browser issues

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years front‑end development
• Expertise with AEM Sites and Edge
• Proficiency in HTL, React or Angular
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience with design systems and UI governance

Nice to have

• Lead architecture of enterprise front‑end components
• Define reusable UI frameworks and component libraries
• Mentor development teams through code reviews
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement Figma/Adobe XD assets
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and accessibility compliance
