What you’ll do
- Lead validation function for wearable programs
- Define and execute system‑level validation plans
- Develop KPIs for battery life, power states, thermal limits, performance
- Drive risk management and go/no‑go decisions
- Mentor validation engineers and raise execution standards
- Build repeatable validation frameworks and automation
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years hardware validation experience
- Leadership of validation workstreams
- System health validation expertise (power, thermal, performance)
- Define validation strategy and KPIs
- Lead triage and cross‑functional execution
