The Senior Analyst designs curricula, develops e‑learning and instructor‑led materials, and collaborates with SMEs to ensure instructional quality. Bengaluru, On-site, full‑time role with a focus on innovative digital learning approaches.

What you’ll do

• Develop training solutions using prescribed templates and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify learning needs
• Design and implement curricula, e‑learning courses, and job aids
• Write, edit, and review instructional content for quality and compliance
• Conduct peer reviews and incorporate feedback from SMEs and stakeholders
• Mentor new team members and support onboarding activities

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience in learning design and development
• Proficient in instructional design principles (ADDIE, Gagne)
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate or Claroflow
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Familiar with digital learning formats (videos, micro‑learning, simulations)
• Ability to create storyboards and course outlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
