The Senior Analyst designs and develops e‑learning courses, instructor‑led materials, and job aids, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and emerging generative AI tools to meet business learning needs. Based in Navi Mumbai, this role works onsite with cross‑functional media and instructional design teams to deliver high‑impact learning experiences.

What you’ll do

• Develop instructional strategies and curricula aligned to business goals
• Create and maintain e‑learning courses, job aids, and training assets
• Collaborate with media and technology teams for asset development
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovate learning solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years instructional design or graphic design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating e‑learning and instructor‑led training materials
• Basic knowledge of generative AI tools
