About the role

Learning Experience Design & Development Associate Manager on Accenture's Learning Services team. Leads planning and execution of multiple training development projects, designing curricula, e‑learning and instructor‑led materials to meet business needs. Collaborates with global SMEs, manages a small team of 2‑3 designers, and ensures quality, budget and timeline compliance. Navi Mumbai, India, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute multiple training development efforts ensuring quality, budget and timelines
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional strategies
• Design and develop e‑learning courses, instructor‑led materials, job aids and other learning resources
• Conduct audience analysis and define learning objectives aligned with business goals
• Create detailed workplans, manage resources and coordinate media and technology requirements
• Review and ensure completeness, instructional approach, visual design and compliance of deliverables
• Coach team members on process, quality metrics and professional development
• Communicate status, risks and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• BA/BS in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing or related field
• 7-8 years experience in training design and development
• Experience managing a team of 2-3 people
• Basic project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Knowledge of instructional design techniques and adult learning theory
• Experience with web‑based, instructor‑led and virtual instructor‑led training
• Experience creating digital learning assets such as videos, micro‑learning and simulations
