About the role
As a Senior Analyst - Business Systems, you will develop, deploy, and support business applications that automate manual processes and reporting for assigned organizations.
What you’ll do
- Streamline & automate processes
- Analyze & improve business processes
- Consult teams for automation opportunities
- Design & coordinate RPA with owners & RPA Center
- Troubleshoot & support existing applications
- Ensure tech & data accuracy for internal teams
- Produce ad-hoc reporting
- Partner on Digital & Data Platform AR implementation
- Handle data exceptions & validation
- Support one-time data loads
- Conduct post-conversion analysis
- Train & troubleshoot interface issues
- Develop SOPs
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in IT, CS, Math, MIS, or Data Analytics
- 4-6 years developing and delivering software solutions
- 4-6 years with core software apps (.NET, SQL, GIT, Subversion)
- 1 year RPA bot creation (MS Flows, UI Path)
- Strong Excel, Access, Office skills
- Strong data analysis, mining, and reporting
- Project management and planning experience
- Distribution industry software implementation experience
