About the role
iScala ERP team at Johnson Controls supports global customers by maintaining critical business processes through the iScala ERP platform. The Senior Analyst provides functional support, troubleshoots issues, and drives continuous improvement across the ERP and Edge Apps ecosystem. Bangalore, On-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days as needed.
What you’ll do
- Provide functional support and resolve ERP tickets
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes
- Assist with deployments across Build, SIT, UAT and training
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and workflows
- Document solutions and support outcomes
- Contribute to upgrades, testing, and process improvements
What you’ll bring
- 6-8 years iScala ERP support
- Strong hands‑on iScala ERP knowledge
- MS SQL Server 2019 and SQL programming
- SSRS report development
- SSIS development
- Epicor Service Connect experience
- Excellent English communication
- Independent and team‑oriented analytical skills
Nice to have
- iScala localization or electronic invoicing experience
- Hyper‑care support and system upgrade exposure
- User documentation creation
