iScala ERP Senior Analyst

About the role

iScala ERP Team at Johnson Controls supports global customers by ensuring the iScala ERP platform runs smoothly and meets compliance needs. The Senior Analyst provides functional support, troubleshoots issues, and leads deployment activities across build, SIT, and UAT cycles while collaborating with business and technical teams. Hyderabad, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Provide functional support and resolve iScala ERP issues
• Analyze root causes and coordinate fixes with cross‑functional teams
• Support deployment across Build, SIT, UAT and end‑user training
• Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and workflow integrations
• Document solutions and contribute to system upgrades and process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years iScala ERP support experience
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of iScala ERP processes
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server, SQL programming, SSRS, SSIS
• Familiarity with Epicor Service Connect or similar integration tools
• Excellent communication in English
