About the role
Digital Office at HDFC ERGO drives the Non HDFC Bank business for Health, Motor and other lines of business. The Senior Executive leads agency recruitment, OEM activation and Banca initiatives, monitors business performance and ensures top‑line targets and renewals are met. Based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India, on‑site role with standard office hours.
What you’ll do
- Drive Non HDFC Bank business for Health, Motor and other LOBs
- Monitor and drive business of Digital Office location
- Recruit and engage agencies
- Activate OEM private car and tractor dealers
- Activate Banca B3/CSC partners
- Achieve top‑line and BDE/ELR targets
- Drive renewals as per target
- Prepare morning and evening business reports
