About the role

Digital Office at HDFC ERGO focuses on expanding open market insurance channels. The Senior Executive drives motor and health insurance sales, recruits and trains advisors, and meets monthly targets. Based in Gandhidham, Gujarat, on-site role with occasional travel to dealer sites and bank branches.

What you’ll do

• Achieve monthly motor and health insurance sales targets
• Recruit, build, develop, and train advisors from the open market
• Ensure a minimum number of advisors are recruited each month
• Generate business through regular visits and engagement with motor dealers
• Generate business through alignment and visits to bank branches
