About the role

Branch Sales team at Muthoot FinCorp drives customer acquisition and micro‑market expansion for loan products. The Branch Sales Officer generates leads through cold calling, referral partner activation, and doorstep service, while managing the end‑to‑end loan process and cross‑selling insurance. Role based in Kakinada with an on‑site work model, supporting the branch business manager and local market growth.

What you’ll do

• Identify and acquire new micro‑markets and referral partners for loan products
• Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls as per branch plan
• Provide doorstep service and support customers through loan processing
• Manage soft bucket collections, early mortality, and 12‑month fresh sourcing
• Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers
• Act as liaison between customers and branch, reporting market insights to Branch Business Manager

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years experience in sales or business development
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to build and manage referral partner relationships
