About the role
OTC Process team at Halliburton supports the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services value stream, handling end‑to‑end billing and invoicing. The role creates, edits, validates OTC data, reconciles sales orders, generates invoices, and resolves billing disputes while continuously seeking process improvements. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site work with occasional hybrid flexibility, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Create, edit, manage and validate OTC internal and customer data
- Verify and reconcile sales orders for billing
- Generate accurate invoices per company policy
- Manage disputes and resolve customer queries
- Maintain internal customer relationships and ensure SLA compliance
- Identify and recommend process automation improvements
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 months office experience
Nice to have
- Business degree (preferred)
- Experience in oil and gas industry (preferred)
- Hands‑on SAP or Salesforce or S/4 experience (preferred)
