About the role
OTC Process Representative on Halliburton's Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream. Supports end‑to‑end sales to fulfillment and invoicing processes, creating and validating internal and customer data while providing peer training and continuous improvement. Bengaluru, on‑site role with a focus on business development and operations.

- Create, edit, manage and validate OTC internal and customer data
- Communicate with team and internal clients
- Provide peer training to new team members
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote safety and environmental compliance
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year professional office experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred)
- Experience in oil and gas industry business development or field operations (preferred)
