About the role

Sales & Marketing team at Asian Paints responsible for driving product usage and dealer engagement across the Ahmedabad region. Leads a group of Customer Associates and Sales Associates, monitors daily activities via the Paint Assist app, ensures on‑time visits, lead conversion, and business collection targets. Oversees training, site inspections, complaint resolution, and reporting to senior leadership, with a focus on customer delight and process adherence.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coach Customer Associates and Sales Associates in the territory
• Monitor daily updates, on‑time visits, lead assignments and business collections
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping of new joiners and exits
• Handle escalated dealer and customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction
• Execute business generation initiatives and in‑store/on‑site training for new associates
• Conduct random site visits to verify process adherence and proper application
• Prepare and submit reports to senior leadership and central functions
• Approve business entries after validation

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks
• Fluency in English, Hindi and local language
• Strong communication and people skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• High orientation for customer service
