Senior Technical Application Specialist

About the role

Group Process Office (GCOO) – Business Process Intelligence team at Lloyds Technology Centre builds and governs data‑driven process management across the organisation. The Senior Technical Application Specialist applies BPMN modelling standards, configures SaaS process‑mining tools and supports the technical backlog to improve process quality and insight. Based in Hyderabad, India, this role works in a hybrid model with both remote and onsite collaboration with UK partners.

What you’ll do

• Support prioritisation and delivery of the technical backlog for BPI capability
• Apply BPMN modelling standards and ensure consistent process modelling practices
• Create and validate end‑to‑end process models
• Provide guidance to users on correct process modelling
• Interpret process mining and task mining outputs to identify insights
• Configure and administer SaaS‑based process tooling platforms
• Contribute to control activities and maintain audit evidence
• Identify and raise risks, issues and constraints

What you’ll bring

• 8-15 years experience in Business Process Intelligence
• Strong working experience with BPMN modelling standards
• Experience with process mining and task mining tools
• SaaS platform administration including configuration and access management
• Knowledge of governance, controls and risk management frameworks
• Ability to support technical backlog delivery
• Strong communication and partner engagement skills
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams
