Supervisor - Real Asset Accounting
What you’ll do
- Maintain books and records
- Prepare financial statements and performance metrics
- Calculate carried interest and incentive fees
- Process payments and transactions
- Supervise junior staff and sign off work
- Act as primary contact with on-shore stakeholders
- Monitor senior accountants' progression and training needs
- Coordinate team for client deliverables and year-end processes
- Participate in expansion projects
- Escalate material service delivery issues
- Other duties as required
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor Degree Accounting/Finance/Business or CA/CPA
- 6-8 years accounting in financial services, Real Estate, Asset Management, Fund Administration
- IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge
- Review and prepare general ledger and financial statements
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Yardi accounting system experience preferred
