Supervisor - Real Asset Accounting
About the role
Supervisor overseeing real asset accounting for Citco’s fund administration. Manages books, prepares financial statements, calculates carried interest, and processes payments. Supervises junior staff, ensures quality control, and serves as primary contact with onshore stakeholders. Coordinates client deliverables, year‑end processes, audit timelines, regulatory filings, and tax services. Participates in expansion projects, identifies and escalates service issues, and reports to Assistant VP. Requires strong accounting knowledge, IFRS/US GAAP, and experience in real estate, asset management, or fund administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi accounting system. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills essential.
What you’ll do
- Maintain books and records
- Review/prepare financial statements and performance metrics
- Review/calculate carried interest and incentive fees
- Coordinate/process payments and transactions
- Supervise junior staff, review and sign off work
- Act as primary day-to-day contact with on-shore stakeholders
- Monitor Senior/Fund Accountants progression, identify training needs
- Assist SVP to coordinate team for client deliverables and year-end process
- Handle audit timelines, financial statements, regulatory filings, tax services
- Participate in projects for business expansion
- Identify and escalate material issues affecting service delivery
- Other functions as required, reporting to Assistant VP
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or CA/CPA equivalent
- 6-8 years accounting in financial services, Real Estate, Asset Management, Fund Administration
- IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge
- General ledger and financial statements review/preparation
- Supervisory experience 2 years
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Yardi accounting system experience preferred
