About the role

What you’ll do
- Build and launch GPL Learning Academy
- Conduct diagnostics of business needs and design learning interventions
- Manage learning programs with external partners and vendors
- Oversee behavioral, managerial, and leadership capability tracks
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and influence
What you’ll bring
Master’s Degree in HR (e.g., XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI)
Nice to have
2-4 years HR experience
