About the role
Organon Learning Management team drives the evolution of the Cornerstone Galaxy LMS to enable seamless learning experiences. The Senior Learning Management Analyst configures and customizes the platform, leads SIT/UAT cycles, troubleshoots functional and technical issues, and coordinates releases and data integrations with HRIS and external vendors. Mumbai, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Configure and customize Cornerstone Galaxy platform
- Manage workflows, permissions, and automation rules
- Lead SIT/UAT cycles for enhancements
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
- Maintain process documentation and configuration control
- Coordinate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- Support mass data loads and interface scheduling
- Coordinate release management and roadmap planning
- Build dashboards, compliance reports, and analytics
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years Cornerstone Galaxy configuration
- CSOD configuration experience
- Integrations using API, JSON/XML, SFTP
- Understanding of HR learning and talent processes
- Experience with SDLC and GxP processes
- Vendor management skills
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Analytical troubleshooting mindset
