Sr. Consultant - S/4 HANA SD

About the role

YASH Technologies seeks an SAP SD/OTC Consultant for its Trident team to support S/4HANA environments in Hyderabad. The role involves providing production support, resolving incidents, and collaborating with business stakeholders on Order-to-Cash processes. This is a hybrid position requiring work from the office three days per week.

What you’ll do

• Provide RUN support and resolve production issues
• Engage with business users to gather requirements and drive resolution
• Manage incidents, problems, and service request lifecycles
• Participate in functional testing activities including Unit Testing and UAT
• Coordinate with stakeholders as a single point of contact
• Support shift operations and communicate across global teams
• Contribute to knowledge management and training materials

What you’ll bring

• 8-10+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience
• At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project
• Strong functional expertise in Sales Order Management and Pricing
• Experience with EDI/IDoc processing and troubleshooting

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP SD integration with MM, FICO, PP, and EWM
• Understanding of delivery creation, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ability to manage incident and problem lifecycles
• Experience with functional testing including UAT
