About the role

SAP HCM Payroll consultant with 3‑4 years of experience in India payroll, statutory compliance, and integration with Time Management and FI/CO. Designs, configures, tests, and supports SAP HCM modules, troubleshoots tickets, manages year‑end activities, and provides on‑site support during payroll execution. Strong communication, client‑handling, and problem‑solving skills.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure, test SAP HCM Payroll sub‑modules
• Analyze business processes, recommend solutions
• Implement SAP, provide functional expertise, guidance
• Troubleshoot 2nd‑level tickets
• Configure schemas/rules
• Manage year‑end activities
• Support Time Management & FI/CO integration
• Document & create demo scenarios
• Envision solution approach
• On‑site support during payroll execution
• Ensure seamless payroll processing, timely salary crediting
• Maintain statutory compliance (Income Tax, PF, ESI)
• Support clients during extended or odd hours
• Adhere to client‑specific work timings
• Maintain confidentiality & integrity

What you’ll bring

• 3-4 yrs SAP India Payroll experience
• Strong India statutory compliance knowledge
• Effective communication & client handling
• Real‑time implementation or support experience
• Functional SAP HCM knowledge
