HR Operations Advisor

About the role

HR Operations Advisor at Learning Technologies Group, supporting international HR operations and employee lifecycle services. Provides first‑line HR advisory, employee relations support, and coordination of onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance across multiple countries, with a focus on India and remote delivery. Works closely with HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Advisory teams to ensure consistent, compliant service and escalation handling.

What you’ll do

• Deliver HR operational services across employee lifecycle
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes
• Support payroll‑related HR changes and communication
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
• Provide first‑line HR guidance and employee relations support
• Assist with investigations and tier‑1/2 employee relations matters
• Support international benefits administration and vendor coordination
• Contribute to SOPs, process improvements, and audit readiness

What you’ll bring

• Experience in HR operations or advisory
• Experience supporting multi‑country employee populations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM)
