The role involves generating leads through site visits, providing technical assistance, and engaging with applicators and consultants to expand market share. This is an on-site position based in Mangalore.

What you’ll do

• Identify and review market potential for waterproofing products in Project Sales.
• Generate leads through direct project site visits and engagement with stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and make proposals including sampling to convert sites.
• Provide technical assistance pre- and post-sales at project sites.
• Engage with medium to large waterproofing applicators and consultants for market expansion.
• Build long-term relationships through regular product training and on-site assistance.
• Brief specifiers and consultants about products and systems to generate business.
• Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building market intelligence.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in project sales or technical sales within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing products and application techniques.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare technical proposals.
• Proven track record in lead generation and stakeholder relationship management.
