What you’ll do

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Director, VP, SVP and C‑suite searches
Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence across priority sectors
Build diverse, high‑caliber executive pipelines aligned to future talent needs
Partner with Executive Recruiters and leaders on role calibration and target profiles
Deliver tailored high‑touch outreach and maintain long‑term candidate relationships
Provide insights on talent trends, competitor movement, and compensation benchmarks
Ensure a discreet, high‑quality executive candidate experience

What you’ll bring

5-8 years sourcing or recruiting experience
Executive search experience preferred
Proven success sourcing senior‑level (VP+) talent
Strong research and market mapping skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent executive‑level communication
